EXCURSION 1: "1968 in Frankfurt - Short Summer, Long Impact"
Tuesday, July 8, 10 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Frankfurt was, alongside Berlin, the key arena of the student revolt in Germany. And it is in Frankfurt that a unique and comprehensive exhibition is being held on the theme – at the "Historische Museum." The exhibition is designed as a major overview of what 1968 is remembered for and is multi-media in structure. Across some 700 sq.m., it displays some 700 original documents (flyers, magazines, banners, billboard newspapers, etc.), photographs, everyday objects, sound and video recordings, samples of music and interviews with protagonists.
